IVORY COAST (OCTOBER 2013)

All praises to Allah and peace and blessings on his Prophet (s).

This campaign in Ivory Coast is marked by two major actions: the reorganization of the roqya and the cleaning of the country. The orientations taken here concern my pupils everywhere, each one should apply them as he can according to its situation.

I THE REORGANIZATION OF THE ROQYA

1 UNION OF THE RAQIS

The very first action was the establishment of a framework that links my pupils. The framework is the ONG Ceroq, created since 2006 and that was always my official representation and the principal ruqya center of the country. But the framework which brings together my pupils is a moral framework: we are the raqis of Ceroq, we follow the same method, we have 5 objectives in the roqya: 1) relieve people who suffer and who are blocked in their lives 2) preserve the faith of Moslems from shirk 3) a means of daawa for non Moslems 4) fight sorcery and shirk in all its shapes until eradication 5) break the business of roqya by diffusing it and teaching it free. The roqya is for us a jihad, even if we earn our living from it our objective is to struggle for religion. The result of this unity is that each one must answer of his actions in front of the group: if one of us is object of complaint and it is proven that he made an error that we cannot admit, he must yield with the discipline of the group otherwise he could be excluded. This brings us to the need of an ameer accepted by all. Another necessary condition for the Ceroq centers: the money dividing procedure: each one has a coefficient according to his competences, multiplied by the weekly presence he obtains a number of points, and the net income of the week after withdrawing expenditure and investments is shared in proportion of the points, except 15% for the organization: persons in charge of the organization. In other words we all are associated and we divide according to the contribution of each one. Once this stage is reached, we will organize our communication together: it is not acceptable that each one on his side will communicate in the radios or will distribute his leaflets: even if I preach in the mosques of my sector, I put all the centers on my leaflets. We also will contact the religious authorities as a group. There were people who presented themselves at the Islamic radio as raqis but after that people complained their non Islamic practices; the Islamic radio thus stopped all communications on roqya. We also want, once we ourselves are linked and organized, to contact the others raqis which do not follow our methods but are in conformity with Islam to create a federation of raqis, and with that to approach the religious authorities to subject ourselves to their religious opinion on the validity of our methods so we will have a list of raqis authenticated by the religious authorities and authorized to treat the community. We also need this union to advance in the administrative steps with the Ministry of Health to become official partner of the public health and that will open a new era for us in sha Allah.

2 THE RECYCLING OF THE RAQIS

The raqis were trained and practiced roqya for years and now manage the roqya centers and several wish to open their own centers. But I say that the expansion of the roqya cannot continue any more without a recycling of the quality of the raqis; otherwise known as: you change yourselves and the remainder will follow. Required recycling is in three fields:

a) THE SERMON

All the raqis must be able to preach, otherwise the roqya will stop. The satisfied patients are our first source of patients: they will convince others to come to us. But this canal becomes exhausted when the person has got around his environment and it is necessary to reach other environments that do not know us at all, and they always are majority. The advertisements in the radio do not distinguish us from the wizards and I prefer that one always invests in educational programs where we give the best advises to the populations and we also inform of our centers and not just announcements as we are running after patients and money. The result is that our first tool is the sermon in the mosques, and as soon as we find ourselves without activity or in excessive number in the center, we must go to the mosques and preach. My sermon on the roqya follows an invariable construction and is available in oral and written: could it be easier than that? The sermon on the roqya is only a beginning; the following stage is the spiritual path (see my book: the spiritual path). I am not satisfied with my pupils who practice ruqya since years and still don’t know the spiritual path. Yesterday morning, the National Television came to record two programs (Allahou Akbar on RTI in Ivory Coast, you can find them on Internet) in the center on the topics of dhikr and the concentration in the prayer. Many of my pupils were very moved, whereas they are all supposed to know perfectly these subjects and to be able to preach them. Preaching the spiritual path enables you to be useful and innovating in front of any public and of course it is an education which my pupils must follow. The spiritual path will open the way to other subjects: to tafseer. Learn them one by one until you are able to preach them, and there you are the representative of the sheikh and many doors will open to you and many people will want your care; not that we preach Islam so that people come to us for treatment, but these two things go hand in hand and neglecting the sermons has as a middle term consequence to block the roqya.

b) SPIRITUALITY

I can’t stand to see the raqis discussing and relaxing and letting time run because they have nothing to do. The waste of time is the negation of spirituality and it is as if we say to Allah that we are not concerned with His satisfaction or His religion whereas we are in a very tight fight to overcome the wizards and demons so that the patients cure and so that people leave the shirk and seek the remedy through Quran. So for a start each one will have to read soorat Yaseen every day. The Prophet (S) said: “Reading Yaseen realizes the object for which it is read”. It hppened to us to read Yasin in difficult situations to ask Allah for help, but we understood that the true difficult situation is people who live in mislaying, therefore it does not need to lose one’s money or to sleep outside or to lose his id cards to start begging Allah, but we must do it systematically every day for the hidaya - guidance. Second necessity is one hundred times istighfar of mudjahideen: soorat 3 verse 147 which applies perfectly to our work: “And they did say anything but (Allah praises what they said): Lord, forgives us our sins and our neglect in our engagement (besides the sins that are committing forbidden things, there is neglecting and failures in all kinds which are not sins but a lack in the effort), make our footsteps steady (give us the strength and determination to really struggle for Your cause, entirely, as to please You) and give us the victory against the non-believers (indeed we fight wizards and their djinns as well as shayateen which are more than non-believers: satanics, therefore this prayer applies perfectly to us)”. The third spiritual point to apply is Quran. The life of sahaba teaches us that a minimum of Quran per day to keep a suitable level of faith is two hizbs, one juz or para, one thirtieth of the Quran. The sahaba did not read (most of them) and did not have a book of Quran, therefore when the Prophet (S) says: “read” it means to recite in prayers. This to conclude that Quran for the sahaba, may Allah be pleased with them, was learnt by heart orally, recited in prayers, understood and practiced before learning the next part; some sahaba wrote the Quran and read it from time to time. So to come closer to the practice of sahaba, we will convert the juz into time, that is thirty minutes, and divide this time between learning, revision and reading. The most important part is the revision because if you forget what you learn, it is useless. So take the habit to revise all your Quran in your prayers: you arrange the Quran you know from beginning to end, next prayer you start reading at the beginning, then next until the end, and you start again unceasingly. The first advantage is you don’t forget your soorats any more because you revise them constantly, the second is that you improve your prayers instead of only reading the shortest soorats, and the third is you approach the sahaba who finished all Quran in prayers of night. When you know more than 10 juz, it will be necessary to devote a time to the revision; otherwise the prayers will be enough for the revision. Then we devote the major part of the 30 minutes to learn Quran by heart, and the ten remaining minutes to read Quran from beginning to end. Each time you learn a soorat or verses, you put them at their place in Quran and turn them with the others soorats and don’t worry any more. For those who have forgotten Quran they had learned, do not read anything else and revise your Quran until being able to recite it in the prayers. Once you are in this process of learning, benefit from each free moment to learn a little more and do not waste any more time to discuss unnecessarily. Lastly, the last element that I recommend in spirituality is duaas. It is necessary to devote each day a time to request Allah to accept us in this work, to cure our patients, to convert the djinns who attack us and to break the wizards who attack us and attack our patients. We are the target of many satanic attacks and the devils are added to the djinns of the patients and the people who oppose our work to create us all kinds of troubles, as for example possessing our patients as they leave our center to discredit us. The servants of Satan unceasingly seek the means of breaking us and are not bothered by another thing like us. Thus we need the mercy of Allah and His protection every day.

c) THE DIAGNOSIS

After 3 years away from Ivory Coast, I have this time received many patients who have been treated for over six months. If a patient returns after a first treatment and you see that he is not moving towards the cure, whether some symptoms resist or that the patient relapses, it is absolutely necessary to seek a solution to his problem and not simply give again the same treatment or worse to decrease the treatment because that it didn’t work. So what new solutions can we find? First push the diagnosis deeper to know if cupping is needed or sana or other symbolic sorceries. If there are resistant symbolic sorceries, you can ask the patient to read the corresponding verses on his container and products 30 or 100 times or more: that will reinforce the treatment and will increase the prayers and the supplication of the patient. If the headaches are persistent, you can shave the head of the patient to place several suction cups there, even if it is a woman if you don’t find any other solution. Do not forget to put the cup on pubis when erotic dreams do not cease. When sorcery is remade each time, insist that the patient fights in his dreams, and give him the prayer of curse: 11 rakaat by night by reciting verse 68 of soorat 33 after Fatiha 100 times in each rakaat, that is total 1100 times, approximately two hours of curse to ask Allah to destroy these satanists. In the same time, tell the patient to place his container in front of him so the verses will impregnate his water and the washing will be like lightning on the wizards. If a person does not manage to read 100 times each rakaat, he can make 50 or 33 or less than 11 rakaat, but the goal of these 11 rakaat is precisely to be tired and resist and beg Allah, because the wizards tire themselves and sacrifice their souls for the devil and we must express in front of Allah our faith and our determination. When you do not see how to solve a situation, ask explanations during the catching; this does not mean we believe all that the djinns say, but another point of view can light. Also, when you catch, ensure you to take from the patient the names of all those related to his case: other victims or suspects, or simple competitors, in order to clean as much as possible around him. If you feel that the patient makes sins that block his cure, speak with him with wisdom and without condemning him or judging him.

3 NURSE’S TRAINING

We saw the video of the director to the Ministry for Health in Guinea responsible for scholar health officially asking Ceroq Guinea to train the school nurses to manage the crises of the girls. In Guinea Conakry, the collective crises of girls in recreation are in all high schools and my pupils were distinguished by proposing the roqya and catching as solution. The ameer who came to Abidjan thus asked me to do a training video for the school nurses; here is the contents.

a) The understanding of the phenomenon

It is the djinns that possess the girls. The djinns are created of fire, their body is a fluid energy which can dilate and narrow, which moves very fast and can penetrate in a human body and take possession of this body. The djinns have less reason than man and act more by instinct; they see what we don’t see but cannot conceive what they do not see. Their body is basically more fragile than ours according to the formula of equivalence established by Einstein between the matter and energy: E=mc2, C being the speed of the light 300.000 km/s: thus a negligible quantity of matter produces an enormous quantity of energy. It is what explains why they live in a world lower than ours: when one sees them in dream, for us it is a dream and for them it is a reality; when the djinn speaks in our head, it is thoughts for us; when we read Quran, that burns them and can kill them, therefore our words are worth acts for them; when they enjoy our goods and our bodies like Allah says: “Take share in their goods and children” it is a loss of energy for us and a food for them. But the result is that in all situations it is possible for us to dominate them with our higher intelligence and our more solid body. The djinns possess humans only for one reason. If this reason is solved the djinn goes away. In the case of the collective crises in the schools, the reason is that the djinns want sacrifices: slaughter animals or pour food. That is food for them indeed, but they do not need it because they can eat with us: the Moslem djinns eat with us when we say bismillah, and the non-believers eat if one does not say it or with the non-believers or in leftovers and toilet wastes. Thus the sacrifices which they ask are not to nourish them but to adore them, because the sacrifice is a worship and even if the animal is slaughtered according to the Islamic ritual it is always for the djinns because we conformed to their will. This worship reinforces the non-believer djinns and demons: imagine a whole community of pupils, administration executives, teachers, parents and other authorities that decides by mutual agreement to yield with the requirement of the djinns and to adore them? What a satanic victory! Where do these djinns come from and why target the school? The cases vary: it may be that before building the school, the place was inhabited by djinns and rituals took place there: the djinns are now deprived of their home and rituals and claim their food with the new occupants; it may be that people in charge of the school made sacrifices for the success of the school and the djinns want more; it may be that of the wizards sent the djinns to possess the girls so that the girls will be brought to them for treatment and to nourish their djinns at the same time; in addition, once the problem is started in the school many other djinns come and join hoping to obtain sacrifices. There is no framework as appropriate as the school for these djinns attacks: the girls are numerous and within a closed framework, the crises block the functioning of the school and the adults are panicked until they find a solution. You also must know that only girls who have predispositions get possessed: in the majority of the cases, they are victims of sorcery. You can check it out by these four symptoms: blockages in life (particularly in studies), abnormal health problems, abnormal mental states and nightmares. Sorcery constitutes a breach in the spiritual body of the man and allows the djinns to enter in him, as a wound lets microbes enter. If it is not sorcery, the girl is at least victim of evil eye (ayn or nazar): one looks at her qualities with admiration and that breaks her energy. But why are girls only concerned by these crises? Sorcery is a question of jealousy more than interest and thus is done mostly between women. For women sorcery is rather made against marriage whereas for men it is against work, and sorcery against marriage is accompanied djinns who “marry” the person to prevent her from marrying. The woman is more fragile psychologically than the man: she is afraid more easily and cries more easily, therefore a djinn in the body of a woman takes possession of her more easily than if it was a man. Lastly, the wizards use much more male djinns that females and these prefer to possess women for abusing with their bodies at the same time.

b) Immediate solution

First of all make sure the girl is materially safe: collect and supervise her belongings, draw aside the objects that could hurt her, place her in lateral position of safety with a pillow if possible. Then you read Ayat Alkursi while hitting her neck without brutality with your hand as if you chop off the head with a machete. That will burn the djinn and chop his head off until he flees. When the girl starts to take conscience back, ask her to say shahada: the djinn will not bear that because it will force him to become Moslem, therefore he will flee and the girl will awake in sha Allah. Also get all the present people to repeat: “la ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad rasool Allah!” during all the operation. That will have a great effect on the djinns and will protect the present from being possessed themselves, unless some have already djinns in them and they react. This sentence being the strongest conviction that a Moslem has, repeating it is begging Allah to help us in the name of His unicity, its force will overcome the djinns and push back their attacks. Better still, it will convince them to become Moslem, as we will see later in sha Allah. If the victim carries talismans (grigris or taweez) or rings or bracelets of protection, that can prevent the operation from succeeding because these objects contain prayers and rituals addressed to the djinns that call them and legitimate their presence and contradict the word: « la ilaha illa Allah Muhammad rasool Allah ». Thus if you see that the operation is hard and that the result does not come, check if there are mystical talismans and rings and remove them. You can from the start check for all the girls and disadvise it for all the school.

c) Complete solution

If you read Ayat Alkursi on a girl until the djinn fled and the girl awoke, you should know that her body will be less accessible to djinns in the future, and any djinn who will enter her body will know that the preceding one was burned until he fled and that will put him directly a weak position. We will continue the process of removing djinns with this girl by asking Allah to bring back the djinn who fled in her body again to convert him: the nurse says to the girl: now we will ask Allah to bring back this djinn so that he converts so that the problem may come to an end. Then you repeat together: “la ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad rasool Allah” - as well as all present people - until he comes. The djinn is then your prisoner and you reversed the situation: instead of the djinn possessing the person, it is the person possessing the djinn and he is as vulnerable as a fish that you took out of the water. Continue repeating: “la ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad rasool Allah” while striking his neck; this time het cannot flee because you brought him by the power of Allah and His word; you thus continue until he accepts Islam or dies. The djinn being created of fire, this fire can tend towards light or darkness; when they make good actions, they become luminous until resembling the angels, as was Iblis before disobeying Allah, and when they make evil, they blacken until resembling the demons. Quran and shahada act on them by illuminating them: darkness changes into light until he switches to Islam and says shahada; if he refuses and resists, he will be consumed until total disappearance: he’s dead. If the djinn becomes Moslem, you must know that the following djinns who will come in the body of this girl will find all his reasoning that led to his conversion and that will already half convince him: so it will be two times easier to convert him, and the more djinns convert in her body, the more it will be easy until reaching a situation of systematic conversion: as soon as a djinn enters her body he will convert instantly. When you reach that point the problem of the whole school will be solved because we will attract all the djinns attacking the school through one or some girls to convert them. So as soon as the first djinn converts, tell him: we ask Allah to bring the others to convert them, and you continue until the situation is controlled and there is no girl in crisis. Once converted, you can ask the djinns what is the cause of their arrival in this school, but attention: their words must always be taken with caution, as human statements. But if there are any other djinns apart related to the problem, like djinns remaining with sorcerers or djinns that have run away, you must bring them all to convert them, otherwise they will wait for another occasion to attack again. After you have done this operation, if some girl still have crisis, bring those djinns and convert them and ask where they come from so that you empty all the sources of djinns related to the school. Once the problem of the school is solved, it is necessary to solve the problem of each girl: she can either go to the roqya center to treat herself, or do it herself or within her family by reciting Fatiha, Ayat Kursi, the three Qul, soorat 7 verses 117-122, S10 V81-82 and S20 V68-70 11 times each on a 20l water can and shea butter or massage oil for drinking, washing themselves and massaging during 9 days or more and to sprinkle the house two times. Besides, it is necessary to advise the girl to respect prayers, to dress decently, leave wicks, make-up and perfume and to avoid music and any act of seduction. If one eats without saying bismillah, that attracts evil djinns to eat with us; so it is more likely that when a woman exposes her body to the sins, that attracts djinns who want to enjoy her body, just as if her body was available freely for men. Then the school should be purified: sprinkle all with coranized water with the above mentioned verses: classrooms, administration, entrance doors, the outside of the toilets and the trees because they are refuges for the djinns, but it is not necessary to sprinkle the empty court and other outside spaces. Doing this operation once can be enough, but twice is surer. In the end, the nurse who proceeds with this operation must take some care herself: she will also prepare coranized water and oil to bathe and rub during 7 days to avoid any revenge of djinns or wizards on her. We who practice roqya, are the continual target of djinns and wizard but that is handable, you just need to know how to do it. If djinns or wizards attack you, that will generally come in a dream where you are attacked by snakes, animals, soldiers, monsters or others. As soon as you say bismillah or Allahu akbar or read Quran, they will be blocked and will flee; so start by holding them before they run away then read Quran until they die. If he dies in the dream he has really died and others will not dare attack you any more. It is possible that the djinns beat you in dream if you make sins and do not think of Allah: that will result in a physical and spiritual weakness: as a beginning of influenza and as if you made sins. Then you need repentance, read much Quran and take vitamins. So if you know your life is the opposite way of Islam, do not involve in helping possessed girls.

4 THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

As things get gradually organized, particularly with the presence of brothers from several centers and countries, we managed to set up the following program.

i) Census of the raqis

We must draw up the national list of our raqis to post it in each center and thus to direct the patients towards the nearest center. Each one must have all the contacts to direct people inside the country too. For written communications, this list must be available. Are included the brothers who treat in homes after their service hours.

ii) Sermons

The sermons must be organized every day, or each time we are available, and preferably as many sermons as brothers able to preach. The others will accompany them to be initiated gradually. Without forgetting to work the other topics: spiritual path and tafseers, to be able to preach them.

iii) Collaboration with the psychiatric asylum

We went to visit them and the procedure for prayer groups is to deposit a written request, then when the chief doctor approves, they inform the families of the patients because their agreement is necessary, then they give us a date, gather the patients and we come to pray for them; the supervisor told to us that the operation must be well controlled because after the prayer groups (all Christians so far) come, several patients declare to be inhabited by the Saint Spirit and behave oddly. It would be the first time for us to do this, may Allah easy it and bless it.

iv) Posters

We prepared educational posters on four topics:

- Learn how to read: in a poster fixed on the mosque whoever reads English will follow the instructions until being able to read Arabic in a few days in sha Allah.

- Treat yourself: so anyone can understand his mystic problem and treat himself.

- Leave shirk: it is a topic on which I currently insist and many Moslems need clarification.

- Leave fornication: the situation that we met is catastrophic. One morning, I made the test to ask the patients, on six young ladies all practiced fornication, as well as two young men. A mother accompanies her daughter in the consultation and complains that each time she knows a man, as soon as she sleeps with him, he leaves her. We hope that this poster will help to change people. What is the goal of these posters? We want to post them like mural posters in our centers to educate people, as well as mosques, Islamic associations, and all possible places. Then we put our logo and our centers and it will be a permanent publicity in addition to the permanent hasanat. We place them in strategic places in particular mosques and always keep some to sell. I made the texts and I let you make the decoration; were already have illustrations proposed for the fornication poster.

v) The radio programs

We made programs in various radios and proposed them to pass year round contracts for weekly programs. As a start, each center will prepare and pay a program in a radio, and speak in the name of our group and give all the contacts. Later, we will see about new centers and other radios in sha Allah. Our programs are never pure publicities and I do not like advertisements and spots that do not distinguish us from charlatans, a regular program allows to educate the public with various fields such as psychotherapy for example, to bring testimonies and make djinn catching on line. I hope by the mercy of Allah that the centers will not lack patients with weekly programs in several radios.

vi) University

research For 15 years I have asked to establish medical files for our patients who are medical cases so that one day we can prove the results of our work. Alas, I never could do it nor none of my pupils. The solution that I currently consider is to find medical students who would on our premises make their research on very precise subjects like the ulcers, the incurable wounds, Sickle-cell disease, sterility, madness etc. They could take our patients like subjects of study or bring patients from the hospital. May Allah help us, this procedure will take time to succeed, but this is a middle and long term strategy. We can also receive students in sociology and ethno psychology. So let’s contact students, doctors and professors so that this program becomes a reality.

vii) Convention with the Ministry for Health

With the renewal of the statutes and assembly of NGO CEROQ, the union of the raqis, the subject of the official recognition is up again. The example of Guinea is motivating us with the training of school nurses. For those who are not well-informed, WHO asked the African countries since year 2000 to integrate traditional medicine in official medicine after: 1) census 2) training and 3) evaluation of the results. Thus we want that our centers and pupils in all the countries move towards the Ministry for Health and follow the indicated procedure. Moreover meetings with traditional healers make it easy to meet wizards of all kinds and collect their djinns.

viii) Training of chaplains, Imams and Islamic teachers

These small 20 days witnessed three very important meetings. First was with the Imams of Marcory zone. In Ivory Coast the Imams are grouped in a national structure and meet every week to discuss their affairs. I exposed in the meeting our objectives and the special program we have for Imams’ training. Many of them were very interested, especially that one of them was already trained with us and opened a roqya center in his madrassa. Moreover, the Arabic book now available is a help for them, especially those who do not speak good French. The second meeting was with the teachers and directors of Islamic-Arabic schools. The ustaz were also very interested and are ready to follow the training. If that is confirmed, that will give us an expansion on all the territory and a large opening for the community. The third meeting was with the chaplain in chief of the armies. He was single chaplain for years, and recently 34 new chaplains were recruited in the army with an open contest and with row of captain, and they are currently under his responsibility. I led the Friday prayer in the military camp on the subject of shirk, then we did djinn catching and the djinns explained that the bullet-proof djinns (sorceries for bullets not to strike you) don’t do anything, but if a soldier leaves that sorcery, the djinns will push him on the trajectory of the bullets: thus it will be said that he died because he left sorceries. With regard to the former soldiers who are hiding in the forests and converted themselves into road cutters, their djinns converted and said that they will do all they can so to make them caught. The result is that the chaplain in chief proposed to us to ask the Minister for Defense to take us along in all the military camps through the country for a broad operation of djinn removing and sensitizing. Alas time was not enough for us, but in sha Allah that will continue with the center and we concentrated on the training of chaplains to the questions of roqya concerning the soldiers. We now have three training schemes to be ensured.

ix) The tour of prostitutes

Instituted since 2011 in Madagascar, we put it in practice in Reunion Island, France and Martinique. I was disappointed that it was not followed elsewhere. The procedure is very simple. We go in the zones known for prostitution. We approach the girls and say we are a group of prayer coming to pray for them. Any brother feeling vulnerable and destabilized by these meetings should not come. Most of the time they are happy with our visit, sometimes they don’t care and rarely they are hostile. Then we explain that we are in fact Moslem exorcists and we treat people that have sorcery and djinns and often the girls in this situation were victims of sorcery that prevents any success in life and by failing in all their projects, they fell into prostitution. Even if they try to gather some money to make another thing, nothing works and they return to the same point. Then we explain the catching to them and do it in front of them and make sure the djinns say what problem they have. We also get the shayateen surrounding them; some told us their work was to bring Moslems to the prostitutes; others said they cheated the blood tests of the prostitutes so that AIDS does not appear and customers continue to come with no fear of AIDS; as soon as they quit prostitution the AIDS appears in the analyses: what a great lesson for other prostitutes! We found other djinns with the prostitutes charged to take the sperm obtained with the customers to the wizards: that enables them to increase their capacity and steal the “chance” of the customer. There also are the djinns the prostitutes hired with sihr to increase their business: those djinns bring them more customers but also destroy their money, so they work harder for zero result. By the same occasion, wa catch the djinns of their customers, but we don’t need to tell them that: we get there many satanic people, corrupted politicians and members of anti-Moslem groups, in addition to the sorcerers who worked on the girls; thus it is a way of touching dark zones of the society that we do not reach with our patients. After the catching we offer them free treatment with the code word: we come for the free treatment, to help them out but also because we do not want their money. In sha Allah by making these rounds, you will see changes and prostitution will decrease.

x) Catching for news

During our stay, we bought every day 4 or 5 newspapers to follow all information and catch. It is true that we were in a special campaign of national spiritual cleaning, but nonetheless each center having a catcher must follow daily local, national and international information to catch. You cannot imagine the impact you can have and you must understand that our work is a struggle to change all the evil on earth into good and that our work is not directed at all towards money but on Allah’s agreement.

xi) Catching by Skype

Many patients are in zones without raqis; we send them treatments by post or indicate to them how to treat themselves. Catching by Skype would help them much. Others are with raqis that do not have catchers. We made a tariff of 20€ for three sessions since catching often requires a follow up. It is necessary to be equipped with paypal for the payment. The center can provide this service or just the catcher provided he has a pilot with him.

xii) Sheet printing

They are still buying jerrycans, washing them, filling and reading, then diluting with the jerrycan with the symbolic verses and each patient leaves with his jerrycan. But they have a stamper of size A4 with all the verses: so you just melt sugar and add water to have your ink and stamp your sheets; it is less practical than the printer, but has the advantage of not breaking down by the mercy of Allah. To compensate the lack in reading, we ask systematically our patients in Tunisia to read themselves the essential verses of the roqya 11 times each one the water. If the patient cannot read them all he reads what he can and increases the number of times or another person will read for him.

xiii) Prayer camps

If you travel all over Ivory Coast, you should meet every 20 kilometers Christian prayer camps where live insane people abandoned by their families. The Christians feed them, look after them and pray for them until they cure or get better and become Christian. See how much patience and mercy to convert these poor insane people? Moslems do not have a single similar place in all the country. It will require an NGO and foreign financing. I found that the good people are retired politicians or their to lead such a project, may Allah make it easy, because with roqya we hope to have great results on insane people.

5 INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

The meeting of the directors of Ivory Coast, Guinea and France with myself, plus catchers from Belgium and Nigeria in the period of preparation of the campaigns of Canada, USA and South Africa made us think about international organization. Alas the internal organization in each country must evolve before we can go to international organization. One asks me for example to appoint a supervisor who will turn around the centers to make sure the work is correct. But how to finance that? And who finished arranging the problems in his country to go to others? And who can conceive solutions for all these different situations? And who can solve the personality problems? And why not go there myself? Because I wait until they apply what I said already, so we will be able to go further in sha Allah. There also was a request for importable catchers, but such arrangements should be made individually.

a) Center of Conakry

We launch today the first programme of financing a roqya center. Roqya entered Guinea Conakry (our method) in September 2010 and Guinea is now the most advanced country by their organization and their 17 centers; they have the project to build a center of roqya twinned with an Islamic radio because there isn’t any in Guinea. We soon in sha Allah will put the project on the website, the plan, the finances needed, the collected money and the advancement of the project; before it is on the website you can already send your money to the paypal account and grab a maximum of all the hasanat which will be done by this pilot center in sha Allah.

b) Videos

We discovered with bitterness that the videos did not arrive in Ivory Coast because the connection is insufficient, whereas the PowerPoint videos of presentation of the roqya in French, Arabic and English are an essential advancement in our work. I do not know which solution to adopt, but those which cannot load the vidéos by Internet can order CD’s with Muhammad; they will have to be placed at the disposal of all.

II THE CLEANING OF THE COUNTRY

It is stage 3 for those who followed the three stages of the roqya. After all these campaigns in Ivory Coast and the change of regime that occurred in blood and suffering, time has now come for a complete cleaning by the will from Allah. I already mentioned the unity of my pupils, the reorganization of the roqya, the recycling of the raqis, the training of Imams, ustaz and chaplains, catching in military camps, for the prostitutes and with the news. We went around the monuments: the symbolic monument of martyrs with different human parts stuck together had 52 corpses under it, they are sacrifices to dominate the population and to keep the power. We caught the djinns for the Banco forest, where sacrifices and accidents take place, but it is the lagoon which was hardest. On the chart below you see how the water invades the city, and because there are only two bridges, one must each time ride kilometers along the lagoon’s border to get to the other side of the city. Any place where people are by the water, they do sacrifices and that has been going on for over a century. So it is the place of Abidjan and probably of Ivory Coast that has most sacrifices and djinns. It was necessary for us to go to several different places of the lagoon to catch the djinns so that at the end of six days we did not find any more djinns and sacrifices were completely destroyed in sha Allah.

We worked with VIPs as much as possible. In addition to the people that we know and visit, I see passing in front of me in the consultations people in charge of various sectors and that enables us to a maximum in this sector, like this person in charge of BCAO (central bank) through whom we went up to the World Bank and its customers. I do not want to annoy you with these tens of repeated daily scenes and I will try to quote the most interesting cases.

We went to the zoo because animal djinns live with animals and are useful for the wizards. Indeed it was a source of djinns for the wizards, but they said that they do not receive any more wizards or sacrifices and for this reason they leave the zoo to attack people in the neighborhood to nourish themselves. With the psychiatric asylum of Bingerville there were of course plenty of djinns. The first one came to suggest richness to me. I asked him: but what are you doing with the insane? He said: some of them wanted richness but did not do the ritual properly and they became insane. We cannot just remove their djinns because if they are cured they will not know that it is Quran and Islam that cured them, but we can remove the djinns of the wizards who worked on them to neutralize them. The  rubbish dump was one of the most astonishing places of Abidjan: it extends on kilometers and receives waste of the city since decades. Thousands of wizards have come there to deposit sorceries to make people disgusting in order to block their lives. The Chinese have plenty of djinns from their multiple religions and their sorceries to progress in their business. As for the cemetery, the djinns call it: the supermarket. The largest wholesale market did not deceive us: there was a great djinn world due to everybody’s sorceries, but when we asked what raised the prices in spite of the efforts of the government to lower them it appeared that demons were sent directly by Iblis to influence all those who do shirk to increase the prices, to anger the population and create disorder because calm and prosperity is no good for Iblis. When we destroy the work of Iblis it must be known that what gives him power is the sins of people, therefore if people do many sins Iblis will always have the domination in their life. A very large affair was the port: second biggest of Africa after Lagos in Nigeria, almost all Import and Export of the country passes through there; you can imagine how high corruption and sorcery is there. I had a patient having high responsibilities in the port and whose career was blocked. We thus caught the djinns for all satanic leaders and mystical forces in the port. The doyen of the port came and wondered what was happening. That was an occasion to bring the doyens of coffee-cocoa, cotton, oil, etc. After all that, the commercial agent came. His role was to recruit the mystical customers of the port and to give them their share according to their sacrifice. What a joy to catch the djinns of all these customers and destroy their sacrifices! The following day I bathed in the sea at Bassam (tourist zone a few kilometers from Abidjan). I did not see anywhere in the world such big waves and such a powerful sea. I had difficulties and I felt that djinns wanted to kill me. We caught them and they had come from the port to take revenge because all their work had been destroyed. Later on, a catching with an employee of the port showed that new djinns had come to replace the old ones because of the emptiness that was created, but it was something very weak. Another catching with a member of the navy enabled us to catch the djinns who came in boat from all over the world. In other catchings, it appeared that there remained some djinns in the boats at sea. If the port is cleaned, it is an important stronghold taken from Iblis and a good point for the economy of the country.

We made a three days round inside the country. The great surprise was the basilica of Yamoussoukro. Built by late president Felix Houphouët Boigné, it exceeds the size of the Vatican and the Dame cathedral de Paris: 150 meters high and a capacity to receive 9000 people, it has three anti-echoe systems so it is in the Guiness book of records for the greatest soundproof space in the world. The pillars go 30 meters in depth in the ground and are stand on a natural rock. The order and cleanliness are faultless: Oh yes, we left Africa and we are on the territory of Vatican, because after having built it, president Houphouët offered it to the Vatican and the flag of the Vatican floats at the entry of the site. Moreover, president Houphouët blocked money in Western banks and it is the interests of that money that covers 80% of the maintenance costs of the Basilica, the 20% remainders come from the visitors; maintenance being ensured by a service of the Vatican present on site. Is all this Christian faith and devotion of president Houphouët? Djinns say there are 93 women, 198 men and 500 children buried under the monument and innumerable quantities of varied animals. This incredible mystical magnet has an effect on the whole country: it makes Christians rich, organized, clean attracting and ahead and the Moslems disorganized, divided, poor, superficial, dirty and behind. These sacrifices also cause a domination of the Christian culture and particularly an attraction of Moslem girls to immorality.

We stopped at several villages where the plantations of cocoa were defective and the children of the village did not succeed in their studies, therefore everyone remains in unproductive agriculture. Each time there were djinns of the rivers, forests, mountains and caves that people worshipped and that were not satisfied by the sacrifices they received, so they blocked people’s lives to get more sacrifices. In certain places, the djinns dragged the war towards the village to destroy the population because they were so angry with the people and thought that way people will worship them more. In other places, the peasants make sorcery to block the cultures of other ethnic groups. The earth ownership is a crucial problem in Ivory Coast and was worsened by the war. After our catchings there were many changes and good news in the cocoa sector by Allah’s mercy.

Last catching was for the chief of the dozos. The dozos are the traditional hunters; using the djinns, they also catch wizards and are at the top of the mystic hierarchy. We went to visit their chief in Bouaké. After a long and dented road, we learned that the dozo chief went for a dozo meeting in another city, but his brothers were present and are also dozos and they received us. I started by asking what they did and they enumerated with pride their aptitudes thinking I was a customer. Then I asked whether one could be dozo and Moslem and after many tergiversations they explained that all their work was with djinns. Then I explained that we treat people with Quran and they hastened to say that they also treat people. I added that we catch djinns to convert them and they said that they cannot do that. I suggested to show them and they divided on this question. I said that we did not want to bother them and they hastened to accept because everyone fears the dozos and they do not fear anybody. We caught a djinn and he hastened to declare that he was with their father and their grandfather and that it is him who gives their power in exchange of sacrifices. I said: and what else do you take? He said: that is the secret. We went into a long battle where the catcher tried to flee but I blocked him with a good judo catch, and the djinn begged the dozos to help him out, and they were all astonished until he converted and acknowledged that in exchange of the power he takes their daughters and sometimes their wives. That is when we touched the top of the mystical pyramid, and 100 kms further we crossed others dozos which were going to the meeting but they did not have any more djinns: all had been caught.

May Allah accept this national cleaning and make it a release for all positive energies in the country. la ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad rasool Allah
